We hope you are all having a great start to February. It's been a busy start to the year and more fun things are in store as we kick off the second half of this school year.

Campus Grants:
Members of Folsom Elementary PTO made a few surprise visits on campus last Friday! Campus Grants totaling $3,500 were awarded to support five new projects to support our students and staff at Folsom.
Campus Grant Winners include:
-Mrs. Stohl: Digital Art Project
-Mrs. Hirst and the Kinder Team: Organization Project
-Mrs. Carte: Dyslexia Reading Texts
-Mrs. Stephens: Portable Speaker
-Mrs. Howeth and 3rd grade team: Virtual Zoo Field Trip
Scholarship Opportunity:
Folsom PTO will award a $1,000 scholarship to a current high school senior who attended Folsom Elementary. Help us spread the word - if you know a current HS senior that attended Folsom and is headed to college next year - please apply for this scholarship!
Must have a 3.0 GPA. Deadline to apply is this Friday, February 7.
